Our works started after there became a substantial delay on the Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation project at our client. Prior to our work, our client and solution provider together made several attempts to reorganize the project, including modifying scope and prolonging deadlines, however delay kept increasing. Our client turned to us for advice how to protect himself from further opportunity and project costs.
We reviewed contract documentation between our client and solution provider, as well as entire project documentation. Based on our review, we presented to our client in written report our findings and viable options.
